Guyancourt, 24th August 2016 – Sogefi with their aftermarket filtration brand FRAM were proud to support Lloyds Motor Spares. At the Ace Café, London, on the 27th July 2016 FRAM sponsored a racing simulator which was set up for laps of the world renowned Monza circuit. The event was very well attended by suppliers and customers alike. Congratulations on the 70 years of quality service provided by Lloyds Motor Spares, who provided a welcome BBQ and drinks on what was a balmy British summers evening.
The racing simulator was a buzz of activity throughout the evening, with novices through to hardened gamers and motorsport enthusiasts battling for the crown of fastest flying lap.
The eventual winner, Steven Carter, of Roy Cater Garage Hertford (Lloyds Motors Spares Hertford customer) showed pure racing prowess logging a time of 2:09.560, over half second quicker than the nearest competitor.
Steven is now the proud owner of a new Apple watch and commented: “A really enjoyable evening and congratulations to Lloyds Motors Spares on their 70 years. I could have gone a lot quicker, if I’d have had another go! The Apple watch prize is a bonus and many thanks to FRAM”.
